Last night was an epic battle against hypoglycemia, with my Apple Watch alerts constantly waking me up. I managed to bounce back thanks to the 'Morinaga Ramune' I keep by my bed, but the graph's distinct peaks and valleys vividly show just how directly its main ingredient – glucose – impacted my system.

- Each time the alert screamed, I popped 8, then 5, then another 8 pieces of Ramune (90% glucose), just barely making it through the night.

- The rollercoaster-like pattern on the graph vividly highlights the 'snack struggle' – how my blood sugar would shoot up from a low, only to plummet back down again.
